The instructors have integrity, great philosophies, and extremely effective martial arts; they have an excellent junior program teaching respect, self-confidence, self-defense, and peaceful conflict resolution. Adult classes are very well thought-out, organized, and structured, so each student gets an optimal amount of activity and learning, physical fitness, and coordination. The focus is on quality of training, safety, effectiveness, precision, and control. This traditional style of jujitsu is a beautiful art teaching the weak to gain victory over the strong by technique: maintaining good posture, leverage, and momentum -- ultimately winning victory over one's self.
